• Limited soft launch: By ordering a Confidence Kit during our beta release, you acknowledge this is a limited, optional testing phase. Participation is voluntary and products are offered on a non‑refundable basis for testing and feedback.

• Adult supervision: All activities require adult supervision. VitalNest Creations is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from misuse.

• Feedback: Purchasing a kit implies consent to be contacted for feedback about your experience. Your insights help us improve before the full launch.

 

Liability 

• Adult supervision required: All activities and products are intended for young children to use with a caregiver. VitalNest Creations is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from improper use.

• Assumption of risk: By purchasing and participating, you accept full responsibility for supervising children and ensuring materials are used safely.

• Data usage: We collect your name, email, shipping address and payment information solely to process orders, ship your kit and contact you for feedback. We do not sell or share your personal information.

• Retention: Customer information is stored securely and deleted upon request after the soft‑launch period concludes.
