 Shipping & Handling 

  • Processing time: Orders are prepared and packed within 3–5 business days. We’ll email a confirmation when your kit ships.

  • Shipping costs: Domestic shipping within the U.S. is included in the price up to $8. If delivery to your address exceeds this allowance, we’ll contact you to pay the difference.

  • Methods & timelines: For our soft launch, kits ship via standard ground service (3–7 business days) with tracking. We don’t currently offer expedited or international shipping.

  • Restrictions: We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or addresses outside the United States.

  • Delays: Shipping delays are outside our control; Weather, carrier disruptions or supply‑chain issues may extend delivery times. We’ll email updates if we anticipate significant delays.

 Return & Refund Policy 

We operate under a no‑return, no‑refund policy for most products. A no‑refund policy means a business does not accept returns after purchase and will not provide compensation or a replacement.

  • Digital products: Downloadable affirmation cards and printable materials are non‑returnable and non‑refundable. Once purchased, access cannot be revoked.

  • Confidence Kits (Soft Launch): Kits are handcrafted in limited quantities. They contain consumables and personal‑use items and are non‑refundable unless returned unused and in their original condition. Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.

  • Welcome Bundle (coming soon): Our postpartum + newborn basket is still in development. Pre‑orders and deposits are non‑refundable once processed. Because of hygiene‑sensitive items, these baskets will not be eligible for returns.

  • No exchanges: We do not offer product exchanges at this time. If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will make it right.
